How can we help?


About the Art


  • Is your art exclusive?

    All our art is produced in house at our studio or commissioned by our artists. So you can be sure you will only ever see our art work sold by us or an approved seller. 

  • What materials are used?

    As a graffiti based company, most work we do is produced using acrylic spray paint, as well as other mediums such as water based paints, paint pens and pretty much any type of paint we feel suits the project. These paints are painted straight on to primed canvas or thick card. We aim to give you as much information for each piece we do on the description of the artwork. 

  • What Inspires your artwork?

    We are a working studio so our artists all have their own inspiration and its really down to them to decide. However we sometimes pick projects to work on either individually or as a collaboration between artists.


Payment


  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following payment types;


    1. Debit or credit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards (except Diners)


    2. Paypal


    3. Cheques. Make your cheque  payable to “Young Explorers Camps Ltd“ and send to the address below with the appropriate payment and your Order Number. 

    Please note we cannot reserve dates or dispatch your order until full payment has been received and cleared.

    4. BACS. You can make your payment via BACs. Our Bank details are at the bottom of your Invoice. You can download this at the summary page after ordering. The Invoice will also be sent to the email address you provide.

  • Promotions and discount codes.

    Using a discount code is easy:

     

    Add the item(s) to your basket

    Once you have finished shopping view the basket and enter your discount code in the box marked 'Coupon code' 'Enter it here'

     

    Press 'Apply' to add the discount to your order

    Please note that you can only use one discount code per order and you are not able to use them in conjunction with any other offers.

     

    If you are having trouble redeeming your promotional or unique discount code, please send us an email or call us before placing your order as we will not be able to refund you the discount amount if the code was not applied to your basket or an attempt made to contact us.

     

    Why is my discount code not working?

     

    The discount code you have entered may have expired, may only be applicable on certain items or services. Some codes also have a minimum spend. Please refer to the terms and condition of the offer for more details.

     

    I have forgotten to use my discount code, can I still receive the discount?

     

    Unfortunately, once your order has been submitted we are unable to add discount codes or offers retrospectively.

  • I can’t find my original receipt. What should I do?
    Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links.

Shipping


  • Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

    No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Dispatch Time


    Prints

    Typically, we aim to get all prints out within 1-3 working days from our UK studio. If there is a delay, we will notfiy you as soon as possible. 


    Originals  

    All original artwork (if not commissioned) will be shipped out within 2 working days from our UK studio. 

    If your order contains multiple items, the item with the longest lead-time will determine the dispatch date.


    Delivery Time

    Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 working for UK deliveries and for international deliveries 3-10 days days from the 'dispatch time'. 

    You will receive an email update letting you know once your items have been dispatched, along with a tracking number if available.

  • How will my order be shipped?

    All artwork  will be shipped by a local courier service, depending on your country. However, smaller wall art prints may be sent by standard post. 

    Unfortunately, for shipments by Royal Mail or other national post companies, tracking is not available. For all other items, orders can be tracked.

  • Can my purchase be shipped to a different address to my billing address?

    Yes, sure. You can select your shipping address as you check out. You can  now even do click & collect if you prefer to pick up your product. 

    Please note we only have one location for click and collect. 

  • How much will it cost to ship my order?

    from £9.95 for framed art. 


    Orginals & Commissioned Work

    £8.95 for unframed art 

    Framed 

    from £13.95 for framed and canvas  art. 


    International 

    International shipping prices vary, please check the price on check out. 

    All international shipping may be subject to local taxes or duties. This is completely out of our control and is the responsiblity of the customer. 


  • Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

    Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. 


    Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.


Returns


  • My art is damaged what should I do?

    We understand that from time to time things can get damaged in transport so If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we aim to help you as soon as possible. 

    Please send an email, within 48 hours of receiving the product, containing the following information to orders@graffitistars.co.uk


    - Email address provided at purchase 

    - Order number 

    - Customer name 

    - Item number 

    - Attach a photo 


    Our Customer Service Team will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • How will I be refunded?

    All refunds are made using the same means of payment as you used in the initial transaction. 

    You will receive the same amount of money back as you paid for your products. 

    Unfortunately, we do not refund for deliveries or returns. 

    Please allow  up to 7 working days for your refund to be made once we have received the item(s) back. 

  • What is the Return Policy?

    Apparel, Materials & Prints Gifts


    We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if it doesn’t, work for you, or it’s not up to scratch, don’t worry we offer UK returns & refunds on all products (excluding Spray Paints & Paint Pens and custom items stated in the section below) items purchased through our online sites. Please ensure that when you receive an item that you do not use the product and please ensure that any security seals or tags are still intact. The items packaging, must be complete, unused, and undamaged.


    You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. Simply package up your items ready to post back with the original order note, attach the sticker found on our free returns label and hand it in at the Post Office.


    Please remember to ask for a proof of postage.


    Spray paint, Paint Pens Returns Policy


    We do not refund Spray Paints, Paints or Paint Pens purchased through our Online store.


    Faulty Spray Paints, Paints or Paint Pens can be, returned and swapped for items to the same value as the returns.


    Non UK customer?


    Unfortunately we do not offer free returns outside the UK. Non UK customers are liable for all shipping and custom costs.

    Cancellation Policy


    For events Including Parties & Workshops & Commissions


    You can cancel your booking with a full refund of your deposit/ full amount (minus £20 admin charge) up to 3 weeks before your event. Notification must be in writing. If you cancel after the 3 week point, you will for forfeit the full amount full the event.


    If you have book within 3 weeks of your event happing and cancel the event you will automatically forfeit your deposit 48 hours after confirmation of your booking.

We offer a bespoke customisation service that allows customers to add a personalised touch to their artwork, clothing or shoes.
